'It has been known that \"boodle\" is American military slang for contraband sweets such as cake, candy and ice cream. In the Philippines, Boodle Fight is a type of shared meal where dishes and cutlery are displaced from the table and replaced by banana leaves (in place of the dishes) and bare hands for scooping the food. Boodle Fight has quickly grown in popularity amongst buddies, families, classmates and even co-workers especially when they go out on a picnic and beach parties. To celebrate this growing Filipino tradition, our close friends have gathered to enjoy each other\'s company in our very first Boodle Fight here in Ireland (Enniscrone).
